About Dr. Eric Knight, MD, EdM

The youngest of six siblings, I grew up in Meridian Idaho, and now have six children of my own. Bits and pieces of my personal story are scattered throughout the blog posts. 

After graduating from the University of Southern California, I completed a Master's degree at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and my MD at Harvard Medical School. Fifteen years in practice as a Family Physician (with unrecognized burnout and trauma) led to development of the Aegis Model and creation of my own personalized Aegis Program, which I then began to share with others.
